i ask, why not? if you have it use it. backup, scratch pad, more info and flight detail, fun. there is even a garmin 400 down there somewhere too. it goes into the rv6 also. so what do you think.
I think I'm not smart enough to figure out all that stuff while I'm trying to fly. I have a hard enough time just seeing where I'm going. :-)
Seriously, guess I just don't understand why one would actually need or better yet how a helicopter pilot flying at 500 feet agl could truly use those instruments. A GPS I totally get, but all the other stuff I truly don't understand the need for.
